Click&Go
"Click&Go" emails allow you to detach them at any time and gain full ownership.
Intro | To initiate the detachment process, go to the Manage tab and click the detachment icon.

Reminder, Click&Go emails are grouped in sets of 10. When you initiate the detachment process for one email, all emails in the same group will be detached as well.
Step 1 | Review all emails affected by this detachment. If everything looks good, click “Continue.”

Step 2 | Relay0 Outlook accounts are protected with email-based 2FA. When logging in, you will be asked to enter a verification code. To receive this code, you must provide an email address where we will automatically forward the verification messages.

Step 3 | Please read the detachment terms and conditions carefully. If you agree, check the box “I confirm that…” and click “Accept and Continue.”

Most important points from the terms and conditions:
Once detached, Relay0 provides no support for these emails — no login help, no recovery, no unclipping, nothing. You are 100% responsible for the account.
You have 72 hours to update the recovery email. After this period, the auto-forwarding used to receive verification codes will be disabled.
Once detached, the emails cannot be re-added to the Relay0 ecosystem.
Step 4 | Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, all that’s left is to complete the payment (Relay0 balance cannot be used for this). After the payment is processed and approved, you’ll be able to download your CSV containing the login details.
