# Mailbox
The Relay0 inbox works just like a traditional email service — simple, familiar, and easy to use.
Pin Emails
You can pin emails to find them more easily. Just open the email and click the icon below.
Single / Bulk Delete Email(s)
You can delete emails individually or in bulk.
To delete a **single** email:\
Open the email, click the **trash icon**, then confirm by clicking **“Delete this email.”**

To delete **multiple** emails, there are two methods:
**Method 1 – Delete all similar emails:**\
Open one of the emails you want to delete, click the trash icon, then select “Delete all similar emails.” This will remove **all emails with the exact same subject line**.
**Method 2 – Use the search bar:**\
If you want to delete a group of emails with slight variations in the subject line (e.g. Hey \[Shirlate] How Are You?, “Hey \[Venice] How Are You?”), or all emails from a sender or else, type a keyword in the search bar (e.g. “How Are You?” or “Ticketmaster”) and press **ENTER**. Then click the **trash icon** to delete all matching results.

Be as precise as possible when using search-based deletion — **all matching emails will be permanently deleted**.

**Deleted emails cannot be recovered.** Once removed, they’re gone for good.

Create Spam Filter
You can create your own spam filters to keep your inbox clean.\
Any email caught by a spam filter will be **automatically deleted after 24 hours**.
Interal Email Transfer
You can transfer an email that you received in your inbox. You need to open the received email and click the transfer icon. Type the recipient’s transfer key and confirm.

**Owner :** Once the transfer is completed, the email will no longer appear in your inbox.

**Recipient :** note that depending on the email’s original reception date, it may not show up at the top of the recipient’s list.

Discord Webhook
You can set up **webhook** to receive your emails directly in your personal Discord server.
